Zup provides multi-tenant restaurant and hotel ordering software. This policy describes how account, tenant, and guest-related data is handled in the platform.

Account identity (name, email), tenant membership and roles, operational data you enter (menus, orders, reservations), payment metadata from providers (never card PANs/CVVs), and optional marketing contact submissions.

Restaurant data is scoped by tenant. Server-side authorization prevents cross-tenant access. Public QR capabilities are limited to the table or storefront session — not historical staff tools.

We retain data as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and support export workflows after cancellation. Contact us to request account deletion subject to active subscriptions and legal holds.
