Terms of Service

By creating a Zup account or using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable order forms or plan entitlements.

You are responsible for staff access under your tenant, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your memberships. Platform roles are separate from restaurant roles.

Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, forge payment webhooks, abuse QR tokens, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend tenants that threaten platform integrity.

Self-serve plans are pay-first: you must complete subscription payment before creating a restaurant. Paid plans renew according to the selected billing period. Feature access is gated by entitlements. Operational limits may apply when a subscription lapses; billing history and export access remain available as described in product documentation.
